What to expect
Here's how the Mastermind works:
The commitment: one hour a week, at least four of every six sessions. If you can't make one, tell your circle in your WhatsApp group beforehand.
Your first Mastermind session
Your Inner Circle meets weekly for one hour. No slides, no status updates. Your facilitator keeps time. After a short opening, here's the shape of it:
The only preparation you need: bring a real decision that's on your desk, not a general industry question.

Sign your NDA
This is the most important step.
What happens in the Mastermind stays in the Mastermind. That's what makes it possible to talk about the things you can't discuss anywhere else: the sensitive decisions, the doubts, the stuff you carry alone.
Fill in your details and sign. Takes a minute. As soon as it's signed, a welcome email from me lands in your inbox.

Book your onboarding call
A 1:1 call with me to map your biggest opportunities for the next 6 to 12 months, shape the goal for your first sprint, and answer anything on your mind.

Meet the members
The Mastermind is only as good as the people in it. Here's who's in the room.
Every member was vetted before joining. Founders and C-suite only, and nobody's here to sell to you. Each profile shows what to ask them about. Pick two people you'd like to talk to first.

Then add yourself.
Fill in your member profile so everyone knows who you are and what to ask you about. Takes three minutes, and your card goes up on the page.

Join the community
This is the beating heart of the Mastermind. Three groups:
Once you're matched, you'll also get your private Inner Circle group.
Request to join all three. I approve every request personally, usually within a few hours.
Then post your hello.
Don't overthink it. Copy the template below, make it yours, and send it. The members who introduce themselves in week one get the most out of this by a distance.
